Senegal sorrel of guinea the bissap

Author 'Francis-Sisco' (Id 222696 ) : The Bissap is the national drink of Senegal.
It is the Hibiscus sabdariffa, also called Roselle.
At the hotel, we had a drink of red color as well as the jam. I have learned to know the fruit that was used in the manufacturing of these products. It is of this flower. In the village I discovered a small planting of these flowers.
