Author 'Boucher Marc dit de Meilh' (Id 102499 ) : The morning freshness glides over the leaves of this plant. This is a common snail by his ilk, I remember that it was easily in the limestone, especially in the vineyards. I submit here for your trial. Marc.

+: Excellent sharpness for assessing the moisture on the leaves.

-:I agree with Domi Desbiolles for leaf gene and center. By aiming between the leaves (a little more right) I think there was any way to have the entire snail.

Ok Ninik. The eyes of the photographer are formidable. You're right, and Domi, a small shift to the right would certainly have been well ... Anyway, the picture is taken, the cliche is true, left intact as a mold ... We are not going to throw because it is not the taste of everyone ... To make you see, there should be a good series of shots (burst, dancing around the subject) on which a choice could be made on the best pictures ... No, you do not agree? Anyway, the guys, thank you for advice and look! Friendship. Marc

Candy is a common snail (Helix aspersa) found very often in limestone, I do not know why? Perhaps because the pH of soil and plants with which it feeds? ... Thank you. Marc

Yes, hello Domi_desbiolles, I thank you for your passage and your comment. 'Bad' as you say that part of the plant hides a little snail and it is to your taste 'too focused'. This thing is not wrong but hey, it changes and it is not immediately unattractive. Regarding the property sheet, you know, it is in its natural environment and the leaf and the snail in this case is a set that I did not want to detach. I like to keep the general character of the subject in which I take a picture of the painting, drawing, sculpting to limit or even describe. Thou shalt not take a photo without the baby crib, for example ... the arms of his mother when she gives are stroking and feeding? ... Thou shalt not take a hen without a nest, eggs and chicks at a pinch? ... Well, there you see, it's the same thing. Anyway, that's quite a pleasure to talk with you and I'm telling and much more friendly. Marc

The snail is very clean and has a shell of a beautiful amber color. Damage to me a sheet of 1 plan and partially mask that is as focused ...
