Spider Epeira tiara Diadem spider

Author 'Ondine' A voir (Id 157967 ) : She was there in the garden in the center of the canvas well drawn, I spent 40 minutes in his company, about ten inches of her, the girl (because the male is smaller) let me do She must have understood that I mean her no harm. She was really big, a body of about 2 cm without legs. I wanted to take it from the front, but my camera is taking the canvas, I am content to other measures, it pleases me, but I have many others. This spider is also called spider or spider cross-bearer Pope. : 18:: 5:

This photo is superb. I'd like to use it in class to show the parts of the spider, if you allow me. My goal is to raise the awareness of the children in year 4 to the usefulness of these little beasts.
Contrary to several comments, I find this spider very beautiful, its colors, its details, a wonder of nature what.

I think that you do not have these beautiful little beasts in horror, because you wouldn't have spent 4 minutes in his company
Thank You Ondine

This is exact ! I would not like to have it in the house, but in the garden it doesn't bother me, and they are useful, I watch to not even destroy their webs when I work there it was self-indulgent not to move for 40 minutes, they often spin to hide and I have a lot of trouble to take them.
Thank you for having recommended Géna, it makes me happy

: 3: for: 2: clear and well deserved! Cuckoo revoilou me, dear Ondine, last night I posted pictures on FEI and I will give this day. Really, you're really talented and knowledgeable professional photos of "little critters" in the garden. Your spider is great, royal, the details are incredibly sharp. I find it very pretty with those colors that give us the impression that his legs are illuminated from within. An outstanding job! : 5: I like everything: 6:. Good afternoon (at) soon!

The Spider is present in an album of Tintin: The Mysterious Island (copied to a site) Not bad decision that scares those who have a phobia of spiders. Bravo for your patience, she paid.

The Epeira tiara (Araneus diadematus or English diadem spider) is a spider, also called "garden spider" or "Spider cross-bearer" as recognizable drawing cross-shaped, colored, found on her abdomen, which is brown. Photo Note: 1:: 6:
