St jean de luz 64 church st jean baptiste

Author 'Charly' A voir (Id 74866 ) : The Church of St. Jean Baptiste de St Jean de Luz saw the marriage of Louis XIV with the Infanta of Spain in 1660. It is a church typical of Basque churches with balconies which were reserved for men. Here the rear of the church with his organ and the stairs leading to balconies.

It reminds us that the separation between men and women is not so far ... and it was not just in mosques! It's nice to "travel" thank you! For by this, what work!

: 1: The other side of the church is also very beautiful. Very good show and image quality for a D40.

It is a very pretty picture but I prefer a run of the altar with all the saints because I'm from Saint-Jean-Le-Luz.

A more complete article is on my blog, including the altar and statues, but not good enough for a screen. Thanks for the comments. : 18:

I return with pleasure on this picture. I love the general tone of the picture. I also like the many tasks of sunshine that give relief (dark / light) to your church. You do not try to add some rays Light from the left corner to bottom right?

Thank you for your passage, Web! For rays, well I thought not but it would be an idea to test. For now I'm trying to prepare a picture of the altar that is truly remarkable, but I fear that 'raw with a single and given the low light quality is not there. : 10: But I poster perhaps, for sharing. Thanks for all your comments and good day! : 18:

Another picture that I love. The hdr treatment is once again well adapted and used to assess all the details of this magnificent church.

> Guylaine [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Dec 11, 2008
Another magnificent church, it is still in very good condition. It's really very beautiful and your treatment it is fine. The organ is magnificent. : 5:: 1:

Do not say, but the hdr when we know so well that you master it, it gives tremendous results. It is a beautiful picture. : 1:: 6:

Charly still great! This part of the church with its organ is full of details and shadows in shades of hot, I like very much: 6:: 3:

> JC [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Dec 08, 2008
Basques the machos not huh: 16:. If I am not mistaken it is a vaulted wooden ceiling, games shadows are interesting cross on the right, nice shot short Charly.

From what I read about these balconies, they respond to the need to increase the 'capacity' churches, without increasing the ground surface. But why only for men? : 14: Thanks for your comment, as well as those who have gone here. : 18:

> Royer.daniel [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Dec 08, 2008
Treatment is appropriate and that gives more detail within this church. : 1:: 6:

> Gipsy34 [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Dec 08, 2008
Distant memories, although I recognize the united church where Louis XIV and Marie-Therese of Spain ... I love the wooden balconies, thank you.

I like this picture which includes many and various geometric lines. The image is well treated and well composed! : 3:: 2:

> Lumixane [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Dec 08, 2008
Still a very great success. Small reserve for 'raids' of chandeliers and boat that compartmentalize the image despite themselves and despite yourself! Especially troublesome in the upper part. I think all would have been better without ... Mammoth task to eradicate and treason in relation to reality: 18:: 3:

It is not the work of editing that I would fear, but these places known, I refuse to touch them distort ... : 14: and then take the boat and chandeliers? : 19:: 19:: 19: Thank you all for your comments. : 18:

> Domi [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Dec 08, 2008
Here I hdr least, I think it gives a cold air in this procedure, which should give heat.

: 11: Wow ... Simply sublime Charly ... I see a boat suspended ... Why? : 14:

Very beautiful composition very hard but that suits the subject. The hdr treatment is entirely fat indicated for this type of shots. : 2:: 3:

This is the place where I could not enter because there was a funeral. Your beautiful picture I can see what I could not enjoy on the spot. The interior indeed, is beautiful.
