The photo is beautiful. As for the fungus, it has a ring visible but to determine this, it would be necessary to know if it has a volve to the bottom of the foot. Apparently this is not a parasol.

I think that this fungus is part of the family of lépiotes some varieties grow in the gardens but it asks for confirmation
