Suleymaniye Camii Inset

Author 'Spiros' (Id 185510 ) (Original: Spiros) : The Süleymaniye mosque (süleymaniye camii) is located at the top of one of the 7 hills of Istanbul and is dedicated to Suleiman the magnificent, the sultan who failed to conquer Vienna. Built in the mid-17th century it is the centre of a large district which includes a koranic school, a hospital, a popular restaurant, a shopping gallery. This assembly incorporates two photos of the interior presented a year ago (see original photo) as well as the photo of an alley that runs down the hill, Süleymaniye (see photo attached). They are all cropped and reworked. Photos taken on the 2011. 06. 02.

With the exception of the triptychs I'm not a big fan of montages, this is reflected in my choice of postcards. They were, of course, the merit of giving a good overview in preparing the decor, but I have infinitely more pleasure in the details of each photo separately, leaving the other in a corner of my brain... bird !

J' the franchise disarming of your three comments . The 7 images of this mounting complexity disproportionately the composition.
I wanted to show the whole Istanbul (splendor, misery, sea) in an image. It is in reality a sort of summary of my first photos (see the original photo and the photo linked) that I had presented in the fei a year ago.
I continue to find beautiful and interesting my edit, but I just posted a triptych with three pictures of the mosque, in fact, fragments where I have removed the tourists and the faithful in prayer.
