Author 'Spiros' (Id 185510 ) (Original: Spiros) : The Süleymaniye mosque (süleymaniye camii) is located at the top of one of the 7 hills of Istanbul and is dedicated to Suleiman the magnificent, the sultan who failed to conquer Vienna. Built in the mid-17th century it is the centre of a large district which includes a koranic school, a hospital, a popular restaurant, a shopping gallery. This assembly incorporates two photos of the interior presented a year ago (see original photo) as well as the photo of an alley that runs down the hill, Süleymaniye (see photo attached).
