The orange Mélitée (Melitaea didyma, English Spotted Fritillary) is a butterfly of the family Nymphalidae. The top is decorated with bright orange brown designs in quantity and size variables. However, the male is always present with a bright orange top, sometimes the female is duller. It is common in France in the southern regions where we see in the scrubland.
