I give you the recipe of the soup 'stinging nettles'. I made it last week at the cottage. An onion, two cloves of garlic, a tomato and two potatoes, all cut into dice. A double handful of leaves and spikes of GB that I cut as thinly as possible. I put these GO on to boil separately. A little butter in a pan and sauté the vegetables. After removing a part of the GO cooked I add the vegetables. Keep to a simmer to make the taste different ingredients. The soup remained in pieces to be enjoyed at the cottage with my brother. more, with the part of GB that I removed, I made a vegetable that looks like spinach. I even brought back home for the finish with a piece of bread 'exosud' (sweet and salty) delicious
