I find myself here on the street of the Captaincy and the Postern of the 'Hole in the Cat'.
For the small history of this passage, to Josselin, a town fortified in the Middle Ages, had at its head a captain, at the time governor of the castle and the city.
His role was to command the garrison, to organize the guard of the doors and walls, and ensuring supplies of food and ammunition.
The Door Postern, of all times called 'The Hole in The Cat', which opened on the moat of the fortifications, and was the most short to connect the city close to the faubourg of Sainte-Croix and the river.
