The Flight Cacatoes Eclectus Parrot

Author 'Charly' A voir (Id 183394 ) : A visiteà the African Safari plaisance du Touch (31) allowed me to attend my first show of birds in vol It was an opportunity for me to test the plug in the open flight of birds.
The flight area is small, and the birds flying in the ras spectators are not conducive to photos.
I still managed a few shots, including this stunning macaw (I hope not deceive me) in flight, right at me.

Old photo but who has frozen a flight in action for eternity.
In the back, which pleases me a lot.
Congrats with a lot of late, but bravo all the same, especially for the sharpness on the eyes.
> Isabelle S.B [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Oct 20, 2012
Ben, there comes out from where one ?? I discovered at the time this image was passed through the mesh of net . For a test, I find it rather successful. The sharpness is the movement beautifully captured and the colors ; it changes raven's flight . The background is nice and fits in well with the topic. Charly.
> Rinou55 [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Oct 03, 2012
For my part, I still haven't managed to get a decent photo of a bird in flight, bravo for this great shot.
> Gg54 [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 28, 2012
Super !... The 400mm lens gives its best results if it remains below F8 at high speed, and there you gives us a good proof, well done Charly !!!
> Cathygdb >Reply Sep 21, 2012
No need to say that it was coming right on you : I see your silhouette of a photographer in his left eye Yesterday, I myself was a representation of birds of prey in flight and I can confirm that taking birds in flight is not easy at all, because it goes very quickly. So and thank you for the flight of the macaw
> Papou26 [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 19, 2012
Hello Charly,
If the technicolor was still in need of a pub, this magnificent catch would be one. The bokeh pose a little problem but you are not responsible. crop and apply a gaussian blur on the background maybe ?. In all cases, sharpness excellent. Bravo !
> Mc69 >Reply Sep 15, 2012
Charly you have managed here a wonderful beautiful POS... Considering the speed that this bird beats its wings... and the quality of your shot ! So hats off SIR !

What can we say except that I love this shot. It is a pleasure to see the birds in full volume
> Namastah [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 14, 2012
Super, it is rare to find photos such as this one... We would like to see it with wings !!! Have you used the burst mode ??? Be that as it may, it will be perfect in the background !
 > Author Charly [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply
Sep 14, 2012
No burst mode : the flight is too short and too close to the heads of the spectators. It is this that makes all the difficulty to get a decent photo in these conditions.
Thank you for your comment and implementation favorites.
> Kaenafelix [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Sep 14, 2012
A nice feat that you should be proud. Everything is smooth and the movement so well rendered...
> Perronnet Catherine [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 13, 2012
what vibrant colours !!! I agree with Lumixane for the background that overrides the colors of the bird, but I wouldn't know how to do otherwise !!!
> Lumixane [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 13, 2012
Excellent ! A pity that the tone of the bottom does not put the colors of the bird perfectly in value, my only reserve. By editing, you could make everything explode
> Gontrand62 [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Sep 13, 2012

Hat Charly for the superb parrot ' Zmot '. In fact, according to the scientists, if it flies low, it is that it belongs to the family of Macaw parrots Zmot
Beautiful animal, and highlighted by the background blur

For this clarification of the macaws. note that in japan, their name is 'kiri' because of their flight at very low altitude.

Kiri or who sings it, commonly called the ara Fabian...

Superb shot of this bird but it seems to me that it is a Eclectus I hope not deceive me.

Thank you for your identification.
Concerned about the settings for the photo, I did not retain the name of this bird is a male, the female was presented at the same time and was the dominant colour red. I've come to learn that this is a characteristic of this breed.
> Manu [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 12, 2012
It is rare to see a macaw in flight a superb shot that did not have to be easy to achieve a marvel this photo, Charly bravo and thank you
> Benett [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 12, 2012
This is often the problem of shows of birds, the environment is not ideal. By contrast, here there is no problem, the bird is well developed, nice photo .
> Julicarm [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 12, 2012
Not easy indeed, as you might think...
Little place, about almost too close, and speed of flight to mad, it is not necessary to be penguin...
Among falconers, and it is the same...
Your photo is great
> Precilia65 [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 12, 2012
