The Mont Saint Michel
Author '

(Id 200240
) : I found among my old photos, this shot was taken in 2009 at the time of the spring tides. The shadow of Mount began to dilute in the rising tide. A beautiful show that I have not forgotten.

in reading your comment on 'crisis FEI' I noticed your photo. Seen for the shadow of Mont St-Michel. The group of people in the distance shows the relation between the elements. Congratulations again to have found this inspiration

it's All there... The sand, the sea is removed, the drainage channels of the reflux and the shadow of the Mont Saint-Michel... Nice rendering of the spirit of this city !

A mirror image if one may say so, but very graphic and that I appreciate fully. Had to know to look around to be to capture this moment with a little magical. Since the subject is up-to-date EIF, it is an image that are off the beaten track. We would have been able to erase a few small details, but it does bother me not.

You had a very good idea to take this photo with soft colors. The tide is rising fast and should offer many other opportunities to shoot again.
thank you.

Trèa beautiful idea materialized
The graphics and colours are in harmony... To be even more refined, I would have framed more tightly at the bottom so as not to see the wall and the twig of the 1st shot... Well, it doesn't detract from my praise above

Has to offer for the contest on the shadows. With this shadow that covers a significant part of the sand, and the characters are very small in the distance, you realize the vastness down and the imposing building behind
