The Moselle and the castle of Cochem

Author 'Jcmai' (Id 110404 ) : The Moselle is a river which gave its name to my department. In German it is called Mosel and Luxembourg Musel. It takes its source in the Vosges Bussang and measuring 560km. On this length it flows in France over a distance of 314km, then it forms the border between Luxembourg and Germany for 80 km, then ended his race in Germany, where it empties into the Rhine at Koblenz ... This view is taken in Germany at the bottom of Cochem Castle.

It is a beautiful area there is also a village of 160 inhabitants, called Beilstein and the Germans nicknamed "The Sleeping Beauty of the Moselle. The village has remained authentic and often serves as a backdrop for films of swashbuckling! Thank you for the comment.

Thank you I still picture of the castle takes a higher place in diving with the loop of the Moselle, but the photo was taken too late and lack of sharpness due to insufficient light. I hope I will have the opportunity to go back and catch it!

A beautiful landscape, thank you! I have a preference for one photo where we see the castle close, but it is something for everyone, well done and thank you sharing.
