The Parc De La Tete D'or Lyon 69 By Marc De Meilha
Author 'Boucher Marc dit de Meilh' (Id 197682 ) : This landscape was taken from a small bridge in the park of the tête d'or in Lyon. The channel is an arm of water drawn, based on what I've heard, of the Rhone. This arm 'death' (Lônes I believe) powers (in flood zone) a large pond and other water reserves for flora and, especially, aquatic wildlife. You can see the old town of Lyon in the distance and the edge of the lake or pond the large gate, or 'the Gate of The Children of the Rhone' which is the main entrance to the Park of the Golden Head.
