The Three Cormorants

Author 'Tintin.dd' (Id 201645 ) : These three cormorants seem to compare their scale or is this a form of yoga in a group in any case I found this amusing scene.

Well it's fun in series, with the tail leu leu... : three Cormorants guy from Tintin ! I find it very beautiful and interesting this picture. But you are well-equipped with the Nikon D300s and the Sigma 70-200mm. Good, but even with the good if you're not in the distance, if you're too far away... The result will be fair. (By contrast, you can easily put a multiplier 1. 4X, for example, and opportunity should be able to find it.) I didn't know that you had a Nikon, you're glad this case ? Nikon is good overall and is concrete (very good case) Go, well hi to you Tintin and congratulations for your photos. Marc.

Thank you Mark for your passage and your appreciation on this image. This Nikon is very good, the 70-200 is good also, for this shot I used a doubler sigma, but I am less satisfied with the result, the details are smoothed out, you lose a lot in quality, and it is slow on moving subjects, I can take a teleconverter X1, 7. Best wishes and good evening, A+ Tintin.

Ah well, I wanted to tell you a 'teleconverter' in fact. After don't worry for the lack of sharpness, your photo is different but very good, me, I find it interesting and with the yellow buoy also very good because typically as it was... and it was also very good, is the truth. (you should make the pictures real, pictures of truth where the wires would be visible, everywhere on the roofs and in the streets like in cities, villages in India or China, etc Imagine, if he had to erase everything in these corners of the world where the feature is also for us to show the resourcefulness of the world, another world, with its system Of to try to imitate us... ?) Thou shalt make thy very good 70-200 and your very good of Nikon. The best is always to do it and move on without starting over page... give that which is and not to give only to have fun... My friendships, Marc.

All in the heart and the gaze in the same direction, in fact it is a scene that is fun and unusual. Saw Tintin.

Failing to use a dryer, the wind and the pale sun will make a good deal!

A lovely fun image and well composed and enjoyable to watch. We can only regret the lack of sharpness and definition, and this is why I will not put that many+.

You're right : this scene is funny. I know that this attitude is common among the cormorants, because that is how they dry their wings, but this gives a picture fun.

It is not every day that you can attend the same ballet of cormorants.

The contrast is a limit on the background... But the water is beautiful and the birds are irresistible ! Bravo Tintin !

I love the position of these cormorants wings, looking in the same direction

The cormorants are drying the wings this way, the herons also sometimes and this gives a snapshot unusual indeed.

> Patjoe [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Nov 24, 2013
Very funny the picture, but lack the coach nice catch these 3 cormorants wings watching all 3 in the same direction. That is there so by that ?
Not easy to succeed in this type of photo because it is taken to far, on three different planes.

It is true that it is a photo funny.
In fact, it is a gym session led by the seagull perched on the pole to the left.

Image quality is average, but who cares. This is not what counts here.

This is not the dance of the swan, but the ballet of the cormorants

Quite nice this photo with the three cormorants in full gym and the autumnal colours on the horizon. Thank you for this nice photo Tintin.
