My dear Dan,
You answered me that you just had to climb over barbed wire.
Why not have exploited these barbed wire (and certainly of the old wooden poles a little rotten and shredded). In the foreground, this would have given a lot of strength to this shot, and by it the depth that is missing. So, goodbye to the 'flatness'. See you soon, to discuss my new critical. Very friendly.

Here the experience speaks it is true. Actually, I have not had this idea, yet it is with the old vegetables we made soup. I'm going to their say, not to remove the barbed wire now, it can be used. Thank you Alain for this famous council, I don't take it as a criticism, quite the contrary. It is very nice to have an opinion that is most often positive. Soon !

But is there possibility to make this better ?
Of course, the color in the winter, it is not top. The vastness of the field of snow is... immense and too present. Here it is flat, everything is flat. I think that in your place, I would not have made this shot. But good... With the digital, you can afford to shoot them and eliminate them if the result is not at the rendezvous. Friendly.

Yes absolutely and this is what I do. I would certainly do the same thing with my soviet apparatus that I have for the past 35 years, it still works, but it is true that the digital continues to skyrocket, just as software. Soon it is the laptop. It's flat yes, I spent a barbed wire to position myself in this field. In the Beauce region, it is flat everywhere, I managed to make beautiful shots all the same. Have always try. Thank you Alain for your opinion and see you soon !

Really very nice this comment. You might think that I took my time, but I was afraid that the sun face rapidly melt those little inches of snow, so I ran to go and see further down towards the village. Thank you so much Nicole for having chosen this picture !

I was afraid that there are only a few natural elements on this shot. After you have studied, seen the place, I think I have chosen the right angle. Thank you again Catherine for this choice and very happy to have had your opinion !

Your photo is very pleasant, with the view free of obstructions.
Decidedly the countryside can be superb.

Thanks a lot this is really very nice. I was raised in the countryside and I learned to love and respect nature. It rests the mind and walking is good for health. It is nice to have chosen this shot. All my wishes for this year of 2013 !

Yes, as long as I was up there, it was important to take a look around. I wanted to do it fast before the rays of the sun do not flash and crament my photos. Again, thank you Manu for this choice and your opinion !
