Author 'Ondine' (Id 197301 ) : There are a lot of cicadas this year and it is a pity that you will not be able to hear the concert of stridulations, which surrounds us, we hear them even at night, a real concert, which began on June 28, that sign really was !
It was singing (if one can say) quite high in our apricot tree and was so busy that I have been able to photograph them quite easily, because often they revolve around the branches to hide or fly away.

This cicada is very sharp and the diagonal presentation on the light green background is gorgeous. Congratulations Misty, and thanks. We hear a lot, but it is more difficult to fill vacancies in the photograph !

Your photos are always very neat, well presented, and with the qualities of photographic interesting : sharpness, light, framing... of course it is not easy to find subjects when you don't come out much, but there is a photo... photo...
