The drowned of Debilly

Author 'Lou feignassou' (Id 194824 ) : I'm trying to work the moods for pictures urban, here monochrome, sepia, close to the black and white gives an atmosphere and a patina of the novel of the black series 50 years, it is the gateway Debilly crossing the seine to the east of the Eiffel tower, architecture banal (or loss) compared to the other bridge of Paris ; Thus, one could imagine doing the couverure a new Nestor Burma, the hero Hector Malet, a private detective in paris its state : title : 'the drowned of Dbilly' : a young Russian girl found drowned, attached to one of the pillars of the bridge, BRRR !

If I had been able to anticipate that my cétoine was going to cause so bustle up to the removal of your sublime photo of the Defense, without a doubt, I refrained good dirty animals, evidence of the larvae in bound that has not much to do with the drowned of Debilly ! It is true that your last post, by an unfortunate combination of circumstances, has been relegated to the bottom of the drawer and it is a shame.
Cetoine larve

I'm too rational to believe in the unfortunate combination of circumstances, and anyway, it was a casting error, this is not the place for this kind of shot.

A nice personal vision of a Paris of yesteryear, with a right side that pleases me a lot.

'Be to create' and here it is superbly done from a very personal vision of a subject that is out of the ordinary. It is the least we can say !

The effect is there. When one reads the text, and you can imagine all with the picture, we have chills in the back !

Nice idea the treatment sepia ! It creates the atmosphere and erases the details too Xxii century such as the wall block and the tag. Framing at the top of the tower framed by the two lights. A photo that I would have loved to do !
For (small) minus : I would have extended the frame on the left to avoid cutting the bridge and increase the vanishing point of the diagonal to the left and I would have erased the pedestrian who comes out from underneath the bridge. It may be you who, like Hitchcock, appear in the scene to sign your work !
> Gede 14 [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply May 26, 2013
The desired effect is totally transformed. Beautiful atmosphere and beautiful framing. thank you.
> D.marsim [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply May 26, 2013
First, the composition is at the top with the Eiffel tower between the two lampposts of the bridge. Working in sepia is remarkable, beautiful atmosphere !
> Lumixane [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply May 26, 2013
Of Nestor to Hector, there was only a letter... Pity Léo Malet is no longer of this world to exploit the situation. The recent and frequent flooding appear to you to be inspired
Like two sentinels, the street lights guide and watch over the Eiffel Tower. The presence of the boat makes a discreet note of color as well as the trio of red flowers in a pot in the corner as a signature. The photographer seems to have been spotted by the man with the presence to be somewhat disturbing, just at the foot of the pillar left of the staircase. The scenery is drawn, not missing drowned...
Framing and treatment impeccable.

Yes, Leo, of course, it is better to Leo later (the jesuit minister and the poet cursed) that Jamet (Dominique), weird, this confusion may be because I have been marked to Jamet in my subconscious by years of struggling in a blockhouse called the lycée Hector Berlioz in Vincennes.
