I love this style of photo where you can see to detach the silhouette of a person who takes us in its wake, inviting us to walk the way that it borrows.

Only one person is required to furnish and take advantage of a landscape. Thank You Jasmine.

the color of The sky highlights the beauty of the site. Your beloved has taken the lead this brings an extra value to the shot. Bravo Joël for this nice landscape.

Often, a single character in a desert place serves well the photo. Thank You, Dan.

The snowshoes were unnecessary, especially because there had been many passages in the path. Thank You Guylaine.

My favorite, I love the cons day. The slope of that diagonal, the trees that épanchent their shade and this promeneur solitaire are beautifully framed.

The white snow under the blue sky and beautiful slopes, that is what make me dream.
In black and white I don't like too much.

In this case, I also prefer this version. Thank you for your passage, Ninik.

I prefer the latter, this blue sky with the snow... It is beautiful well done for the framing (TB) thank you

The backlight makes the snow a little blue ; without it we would have had more blue and frankly white. Thank You Manu.

I prefer the color version but this is not new. The cat sees everything in grey, but I like the colors. Thank You Joel.

Here you have reason to Josy. The color version is more cheerful. This is not always the case ; a B&w photograph allows you to see the essential and may be nice (portrait, architecture, street scenes, etc.). Thank you for your passage.

Me too I prefer the color version, because the combination white-blue is what I love about these photos of mountains in winter Good frame, which encourages us to follow this path

Beautiful landscape snow mountain with a sky partly blue, the sun brings the shadow of some trees, I like the brightness ! Congratulations and thank you Joel !

Here the picture is taken against backlight. Without it, the lighting would have been more gentle. Thank You, Christiane.

Bravo for this photo which came on the forum after the word Didi who gave us a superb philosophy of the morning.

without hesitation I prefer the cheerfulness of the color for this shot. Even if there are few colors, they highlight the contrast in snow/sky.

Finally, I also prefer this one but in my club, when I give the choice, 'they' prefer the version in b&B. Thank you Cathy.

It must be said that the effect of each version is very different. The N&B brings a retro feel and a certain degree of artistic research and designs, in my opinion, for this landscape, in an old movie or an old documentary. But for a photo-memory of our days I prefer the cheerfulness of the color.

My preference will go this time to color, but I like the black and white shots. Like color, there are practically as blue, but it really brings a plus to this realization, bravo (TB).

The photo was taken in against the day, which explains the dominating presence of the blue I think. Thank You Jean-Mi.
