The hut at the bottom of the garden

Author 'Chasseur de temps' (Id 199137 ) : Some may ask how a log cabin may seem unusual, was she at the bottom of the garden !
And yet I'm willing to bet that very few people today can say that they, too, have a cabin of this type in their garden. If this is the case : I demand to see.
The oldest will go to search in their memories of youth and will think they have found. They therefore offer an answer, I will tell them if it is admissible, but it would surprise me.
Hut unusual ? Shack mystery ?
You have to say.

It was beautiful and well its function in the past and in the 50s it was not uncommon to find even in the countryside. They have gradually disappeared where the idea of reviving it to give it a second life by entrusting him with a very different role : serve as the storage of gardening accessories that you have immediately to hand, and will not clutter up the cellar or attic during the months when they are of no use.

Yes, I had used when I was going on a visit to the campaign, there were spiders and I was scared to death, actually ! But today it is a small corner where it's more convenient then, great !

At my grandparents ' home, there was a place of comfort, as well, in wood, with newspaper hanging on to the famous nail. Brr ! It was cold in the winter. It was hard having to cross the garden to go... long live the progress of this side. But the small cabin, useful in spite of everything, devious, remained, used for storage for a few tools, and then one day, she disappeared, I do not know who or how or why. But it is thus that will life.
Thank you, hunter time, to present these 'bucket' diverted in the form of a photo mystery. Nice also the king-totem !

I do not think that my cabin would have such power and just double the fun of a project completed by one of the knowledge shared by other members gourmet discoveries. Thank you for being.

The owners of the premises are not lacking in humour highlight this 'little corner' on the quiet an environment as green and a color as flashy of which the guardian of the place is none other than this good king, the guard is assured Don't disturb
Nice photo, I like very much and thanks for the originality Cdt

I acknowledge here your sensitivity Nicole. For she is the one that allows you to make this global analysis that I approve 100%. All of these points that you mention (and a few others) led to my approach to create this photo of hut unusual presented here.
I like to work on the diversion object, giving a second life to the things left to give them a different identity. The 'quiet corner' has disappeared from the landscape. Those that remain here and there becoming very rare and are either dilapidated to be restored with more or less happiness.
The idea is to build one identical to the old, but intended it to house all this material that we want to have on hand for gardening or for which you no longer use during the off-season. If, in addition, its presence can provide a more unusual decoration of life... It is all profit !

I acknowledge the ability of women, which is to give an answer containing two contradictory options of which one must be the correct answer !
As to the hypothesis, it is admissible but who will tell me that he has often met these 'little corners' cluttered gardening tools ? A few pages from the local newspaper hanging on a nail ! Yes, often. But pickaxes, spades, rakes... Ever !

I have a small wooden house in my garden to store gardening tools, but this one makes me think of the dry toilets which were at the bottom of the garden of my grand-parents : that's it ?

It is true, Catherine the houses you refer to were for first vocation to host all this that we can use on the outside of his house. Some are so large that they sometimes become 'summer home' ! You will recognize that mine is much smaller
By contrast the allusion to your childhood memories... Deserves that we pay attention to, even if the appellation 'dry toilet' seems to be less poetic 'chalet ' necessities' or 'cabinet rooms'
Thank you for agreeing to play for a few moments a few moments with us.

'It is a charming little corner
My hut at the bottom of the garden

It throne at the end
A path full of pebbles
There was a tree just next to
It is convenient to dry'

At the sight of the sculpture royal, I imagine that in this small cabin we 'throne' !

Come the second, but in a beautiful way, accompanied by Laurent Gerra And you don't stop there : the presence of a crowned head do not lack to get your attention, even if she came to visit this hut at the bottom of the garden without being accompanied by his yard
You can mark a point well deserved

No, I don't have a cabin similar in my garden, I'll put away my gardening tools elsewhere. I propose, therefore, a hut used for storing tools or what was once called... 'the little corner'. Not ? This is not the way ? I like the vivid colour of the hut and totem pole.

You are the first to acknowledge but you're not the only one don't worry not to have this kind of hut in his garden. in Regards to where to store our gardening tools, and they are legion. Why not here ?
Your proposal is therefore admissible. But why this 'small corner' as it was once said ?
