The martin pecheur d Europe in mounting

Author 'Francis-Sisco' (Id 190332 ) (Original: Francis-Sisco) : All of these photos were taken at the same place ; in Belgium, along a creek that borders the lake of Genval. It has been at least two years that I was hoping to one day meet this beautiful bird is the kingfisher.
This bird is a good indicator of natural quality of an aquatic environment.

A very nice mount, so beautiful and so fast little bird in his life over the day. Thank you.

I've had a little luck last winter to meet him but from :from: 13: it was along a creek near my house... it should be there at the right time

The mounting is more complicated given that several pictures are taken in different places ; the colors are not necessarily complementary and disruptive elements are difficult to erase. Everything is possible... Thank you for these compliments.

A beautiful assembly Francis-Sisco with this lovely little fisherman and his fish in the beak !!! I've had the pleasure to photograph a day also almost same as to a small pond and japanese garden. They are fast these birds and they have a good view !

If there is a bird that I'd like to see it up close, it's this one here . Bravo Francis for this assembly is copiously and beautifully illustrated .

Here, I had no sun ; and I expect also this time.
Every time I discover a new bird, as well as the gros-bec casse-nuclei, the wagtail, long-tailed tit, crested tit, blackcap... I am ecstatic

Your editing is well thought out and allows us to discover the martin-pêcheur several angles.

Great discovery for me who did not know this bird, except by name. Bravo.

It is true that we do not find this bird at all street corners. I knew he was in the area and the chance made me discover at the same time as the wagtail... apparently the two species live on good terms in the same environment.
Thank you for your comment.

Now that you know where he 'crib' you have all the leisure to take it . There are in your editing of the photos, apart from the scenery, where it is in similar positions. Would you have been able to exploit a single ??? The one in the top right, seems to me a priori clear enough . In all cases, for the to have found, and we take advantage of it

Ah here, that's for sure, you're busted ! Thanks a lot for sharing, it is very pleasant ! Kudos to you !

your editing allows for the study of this splendid bird from several angles : its colours are superb.

Thank you for your appreciations. If the sun had been of the party... I think that this bird would have been really honoured. The place is not too far away from me... I will return with the sun

This assembly on the kingfisher is beautiful and allows us to guess its speed of flight and diving for fish. Superb achievement : bravo Francis-Sisco, and thank you.

The principal was able to meet him. Luck was with me because I enjoyed a good moment to admire her plunge and attended one of his dinner

I thank you for your comment. The bird itself is no more difficult to take than another, but it must be meet

> Labrume [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jan 27, 2013
I may have deleted 1 or 2 pictures a little less sharp.
But the editing is tasteful, and the actor coloured its effect... This is not easy to take a kingfisher. Bravo Francis

The three photos that are blurred are small, on the top of the mount. Even if they are not good individually, they show the bird in flight and during his meals. I could not delete them.
Thanks for the appreciation
