I believe that I have found. It is the work of Bartholomeus van der Helst (born in 1613 in Haarlem, and was buried on December 16, 1670, Amsterdam), which represents Abraham del Court and his wife Maria of Kaersgieter at the museum of Boijmans Van Beuningen museum. It was a portrait artist in Dutch.
