Bravo ! It may be that the photo belongs to those who get up early. For the blue cast that is common in the mountain valleys, especially with the cold weather and early in the morning. Maybe a filter U. V ?

Good evening to all and to all and thank you for the attention that you are wearing in this photo. A lot of thing are said and I would like to make a few clarifications. For the bluish color, it is the one of the cold and in the morning. ... It evokes the atmosphere, it should be noted that on parts sunny it disappears. But it is true that it is blue...
For homes, it is a deliberate, don't ask me why, but I wanted them to be a part of the decor, one can remove without difficulty, I would have been able to frame it differently, (I don't see from the window of my kitchen) but it was to be deprived of jobs, and most of all, at the moment, I found myself faced with the immensity of the cold as the houses gave me a cue... As for the rarity of this picture, well, not that much ; this configuration of weather is common in this region, ( ) just have to get up early to see it

The fog had decided to retreat to 650 m in the morning ! Specifically to allow you to take this rare photo, the fortress of Polignac as in weightlessness. I just go on the net to see more. A high-rise, High-Loire, the village at its feet I'm agree with Charly for the removal of the dwellings in the context, but this would be tantamount to cut off the feet of the 3 birch trees that take the rays of the rising ! It would only remain to buffer the houses, what do you think about Michael ?

As in a fantasy tale, the silhouette of the castle and the summit before him, seem to come out of nowhere. A small dominant blue on the mist (to reduce a little maybe)
to Cut off a little of the bottom to remove the modern houses and strengthen the side timelessness of this scene.
Tell mr. Pazairdegipt, you don't want to make them a little bigger your panos ?

The mist that floods the plain, leaving the vertices in the clear gives a nice effect to your photo. ; I pays in the album 'blue'.
