Two hundred years after Waterloo

Author 'Ghislain' (Id 233555 ) : It is in April, 201 years after the defeat of napoleon Bonaparte. After the battle, the farmhouse of Hougoumont planted a chestnut tree. A beautiful tree to the origins of history. I regret that the branch to the right of him are of 'the shadow', especially the largest

It seems to me that you have already presented a tree that had a link with the battles of napoleon : am I wrong ? It is venerable, and of good size.

Nothing can hide thyself . The tree that you mention is a willow hollow, and on this image in the bottom left, ID : 226030, and in the summer under ID : 227973.

Good, it reassures me : my memory still works properly, and I remember instead of the version deciduous tree of the willow.
