In my opinion, it is not a finger but the Persian fritillary (Fritillaria persica). This large plant, the stem almost entirely covered with narrow blue-green leaves, is characterized by its small finger bells dark purple, almost black at the top. The flower blooms in May and June in full sun. It is slightly smelly. Beautiful photograph for identification purposes: 1:.
