After a little more experimentation of the software Photomatix 4. 2. 5 (64-bit) I noticed that the tasks in the sky can be mitigated by setting the 'smooth and highlights', but it is to the detriment of the effects due to the choice of the mode 'Painterly', so not easy to find a compromise between the two choices.

I realized that these spots appear on almost all the shots as soon as it grows a bit too much software processing
hdr
to saturation, this may be dust on the sensor, but I don't see how to remove them, even with a brush end, they remain...

A
hdr
due to halos created blurs the image.
The dark spots are reminiscent of water drops on a window.
And the image leans heavily to the left.

Thank you your comment. Not the sensor is clean, I don't know where are these coming from larger spots, the picture is very rough but this is one of my first, and I was captivated by the
hdr
effect.

Your treatment gives volume to the clouds. But the picture is a little too saturated
looks like your sensor is completely covered with dust that the treatment highlights in the sky with these 'lenses'.

Personally I find it quite aggressive and not really aesthetic, but this is only my point of view.
