The photo is superb! This is not a Red Admiral (Vanessa atalanta) but a Beautiful Lady (Vanessa cardui). I had the chance to see migration of Belle Dame in 2009, it was great! I look at the pictures of FEI because I just did an article on the Vulcan I have seen these days (see link). Thank you for this feast and also for small antennas lights!

If you had kept the EXIF, it would be easier to comment on your shot ! Here you have a flash a little dominant. Look at the page in the report on the use of the flash.

It does not catch the butterflies with vinegar ! ... Photo very centered, a vertical alignment (with the subject in the upper left corner and the flower whole) would probably have been more harmonious.
