Hello Ninik, this flower is a 'Butome to umbel', its narrow leaves resemble those of rushes or sedge, but the Butome product of stylish umbrellas and peduncles reddish, each like an umbrella upside down, with a pink flower at the end of each whale.
The flowers have 3 petals smaller, and several stamens with apex dark.
The leaves are triangular at the base, in cross-section, and tapering in the blade flattened at the top.
The seeds of this plant contain tissues filled with air.
This allows them to float when they fall in the water and be swept away by the current to a suitable location for germination.

They are thin and light these flowers are aquatic and stand out well on the background of reeds
