After research to identify flowers taken at the botanical garden of Meise, I saw that these flowers are not morènes but the Arrowhead (Sagitaria lattifolia).

I see that Nicole has found the name of these pretty little white flowers. It seems that you're the first to have found these pretty flowers. Thank You Ninik.

Hello Ninik, the research and writings of my dad help me well , this flower is a 'Morène' (Hydrocharis morsus-ranae) ; lovely aquatic plant resembling a lily pad miniature.
The floating leaves rounded, heart-shaped at the base, are dark green tinted with bronze, as we can see lava at the bottom of the water).
The flowers have 3 white petals and a yellow centre.
Male and female flowers are born on separate plants.
The 'Morène' spreads using stolons submerged rooted at the nodes.
Here, Ninik, your flower is no longer unknown, thanks for having found and posted, with a nice new.
