Perennial herb that blooms very early start to the season, this is indeed the Vicar false buttercup (ranunculus ficaria). It is a very common plant in fresh wood on the slopes and wetlands. Its bright yellow flowers, solitary, with 8 to 12 petals, fading with age. Very nice shot of the flower: 1:: 6:: 3:.
