Belle made. Bravo. I have not had the opportunity to meet. I think she likes oak plantations.

We really don't want to tighten the clamp to it.
The defensive attitude of the 'monster' shows that you must have had difficulty in the capture. One almost has the impression of having before us one of these prehistoric monsters.
> Hiris [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 02, 2008
I hope that since the last message, you're fully recovered from your emotions and that you are ready to go on the lookout for the next monster that crosses your path. Bravo, the shot is striking. The shadow of the beast makes it even more impressive !
> Géna >Reply Jun 24, 2008
It is normal that you haven't found the time to your settings. It is not everyday that one is attacked by such a monster.
> Valdbzd [G] [P] [C] [B] >Reply Jun 23, 2008
Very nice photo, it is true that the shadow of the animal reinforces its darker side ; the more the set of colors is harmonious, good recovery in all cases !

What a monster and what an adventure ! Would you be the Indiana Jones of FEI ?
Read your story, I get goosebumps and at the sight of this gigantic monster, I prefer to take promptly the leak.

The retreat was life-saving but also strategic, it was absolutely essential to preserve the snapshot for the community. When the fig tree was a huge oak tree that rested in the shadow of the beast.

The Lucane or Kite (Lucanus cervus) is the largest and the most imposing of european insects and our beetles. It has strong mandibles that may be lined with teeth. These technologies are used in fighting between males for female choice which takes more of the battle than a real battle. The winner plans to his rival. It is found in large forest areas, or fuel wood is often stored outdoors, It feeds on sap, nectar and juices of fruits. Superb shot of this wonderful jouster

This 'Lucane cerf-volant' (Lucanus cervus) male is impressive with its mandibles massive and his big head. It can reach up to 10cm. The shadow on the tree is well seen also. Beautiful documentary photo : bravo and thank you.

A presentation full of humour, I am smiling suddenly at the sight of what lucane, I can imagine simply. It is true that it is impressive taken as well.
> BRUN [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Jun 20, 2008
What a fight ! It shudders ! The beast seems daunting, but what is the actual size ? The shadow of the clawed paw, alone, seems disturbing and devoid of friendly feelings.
