Author 'Sanka' A voir (Id 54012 ) : The brolga crane is a large part of the cranes. In 1926, the Royal Australian ornithologists union made brolga, a name popular derivative of a language aborigene, the official name of this bird of the swamps living tropical Australia or Eastern.
The adult brolga is large, medium gray grey silver a. It measures 70 to 130 cm high, with a wingspan of 170 to 240 cm. A broad red band is extends from the underside of the beak to the rear of crane. The young do have not this red band.
The males weighing about 7 kl. Females less than 6 kl.
