Author 'Charly' (Id 49728 ) : They are for the photographer, the avoid feature or delete on printing them yet it is thanks to them that we feed our computers, our AFN batteries. They bring the light and heat in areas the most recules. Then why not implement features when they eclairent the campaign... These are the pylons and power lines! (For Lawrence, Aze).

Great photo: congratulations to the artist and we thank you for the benefit of his talent.

Photo that deserves to participate in the competition 'land of grains '.

The colors of this landscape are magnificent and enforced just as it should be for that the towers blend better in the overall. Nice rendering in the background : bravo Charly and thank you.

You have done well to put this issue in front in your photo. Unfortunately, by location, they bring the good, but also the danger for the people who live close to these lines with very high voltage.

> Goldwing >Reply Nov 16, 2007
To be flashy it is !!! I love how you have made out the top of the tower. (a bit of grain in the sky).

I wouldn't say that any electrical pylons are a subject of a photographic aesthetic, but sometimes we may deal with pleasantly. This is the case here, they allow you to give depth to the image, and the more they are also painted in two colors. My only restriction is the lack of definition, and the sky noise in this photo.

The pylons aligned, are very well composed ! As said Nguyendomy, it was like a vanishing point-very interesting ! For the colors, it is a matter of taste ! I find the whole very successful, but I wouldn't put it as a wallpaper because I prefer the sweetness !

Of course they are useful, or even indispensable. But for me what attracts me in your photo it is the threatening sky is very beautiful

The photo is beautiful, I accept edf : it is part of the landscape daily, however agree with Buchsinet, it was forced on colours

> Nguyendomy >Reply Nov 16, 2007
I like the colors flashing effects to your photo you have been able to measure the proportion between the gold of the corn field (?) cut, and the threatening sky. I find the tower interesting, as they focus the gaze on one point, the leak.

I think for my part that this photo without the towers would have been a little sad, I would have the same good, a closer look.

> Buchsinet [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 16, 2007
I like the atmosphere heavy sky with these warm colors below and the beautiful line of flight of these posts. The saturation seems a bit exaggerated. Bravo

> Evalias >Reply Nov 16, 2007
The colors make all the charm of your photo. As for the pylons they are in their place, not works of art but very useful It would be nice though that one day all of these lines are buried... So these photos will be of the archives

The indispensable is not necessarily aesthetic. The image is of good quality but I do not subscribe to the subject.

A return to the good old-fashioned oil lamp, Michel ? that has its charm, I grant you ! They are part of the landscape, whether we like it or not, as the integration of aesthetics !
