Canardgenevois Northern Pintail

Author 'Gvashark' (Id 16119 ) : It is the texture and drawing of its feathers which have me seduced in this duck (which I frankly ignores the name...). I took this photo last winter, while he was a cold of... And my fingers are numb on my device. He is rechauffait (veinard...) on the Bank of a Geneva etang.

I suppose duck Genevan is not a new breed but the picture is beautiful and we enjoy does not necessarily need the scientific name.

This is a nice photo of the 'pintail' (Anas acuta) with its feathers fates lined with white, and its white body and gray and his brown head. Its position of rest is pleasant : bravo and thank you.

It is a very beautiful photo of northern pintail. This is my duck favorite. There is a lot to l'isle-aux-Coudres. Congratulations for your beautiful photo. It is true that he has a beautiful plumage. Thank you.

It is super well made, it is in color and a position such as this is quite rare.

A very beautiful shot taken at the right time with a strong focal of course. The detail of the wing would also be interesting.

This duck is a Pilet, duck surface. For me it is one of the most beautiful, very wild and difficult to approach. It is a duck slender with a long neck and in breeding plumage the male has a logue pointed tails.

It is a pity that we didn't see a part of his beak ; but very beautiful photo.

Good shot ! The feathers, in the form of a flame, starting up their movement to the right ! The framing is interesting !
