You could almost put that image on canvas. I think that it would make it very well. Well seen !

I don't think the dullness of the time to be the cause of the strange color of the sea. Without this detail, I would have found your cliché rather nice.

The strange color of the sea is entirely natural, it has not been retouched, it is the chalk of the foot of the cliffs nearby, which are suspended in the water and the murky light of a certain day, when the sea is very rough, produced this effect : the water becomes opaque and grey.

Marcel has made your photo a painting, and it more closely approximates the design and I prefer this image, which is more gentle to the eye.

You can clearly see the logistical work on this film, and I admit that I'm in love me it is necessary to know how to handle these tools with skill, what thou hast done

It is quite unreal in the end but still very nice. it would be nice the same with a nice sun...

You post clearly the color and the result is pictorial to perfection . Regardless of the time spent in the kitchen, what counts is the taste of the puck and there I love .

I'll join you on your assessment...

Without any restraint, this picture pleases me very much. Touch-ups I I f.. S. The result is there, and it is superb.
Ask yourself a beautiful woman to remove makeup to see if she is naturally beautiful ???
The photograph is a painting made with light. Regardless of the mixtures or brushes used.

Original work on the image in order to create a pleasant ambience. It also seems to me that the horizon is leaning a bit.

I would have loved to see this photo not retouched because I don't see nothing natural, it must be love

The untouched image is with that of Marcel in the category of retouching.

In conditions such as you describe, I understand the edits that you have made... I think you would have been able to take the horizon straight ! It is still a nice image of the region !

I do not think that the horizon tilts, the rear of the village of Cayeux I know well, almost from the church is a little lower than the sea front.
That fact that during a very big storm there are a lot of year now, the dike of pebbles and earth were broken and all the Hable and a good part of the marshes have been invaded by sea water.

A very pretty image, I like the color of the water a little bit special. The beach is very large also.

That's 5 minutes I'm in front of your image, paint over that photograph, with plenty of charm. Unpublished.
> Benett [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Mar 04, 2008
It lacks a bit of contrast, may be less clarity, fine sea raging.
