Your site is truly sublime! Bravo! Superimposes you filter ND8 and polarizing?

Thank you for the compliment! The two are not necessarily required at the same time but yes, you can superimpose the course. The polarizing filters the sun's rays from a certain direction (to put it simply), so it can allow you to earn about 2 diaph (by eliminating the sun's reflection in water, eg). And ND (still allows you to gagner2 or 3, the blow if the brightness is high, it is better to put the 2 otherwise, will make your shots early in the morning or late afternoon and then used as the polarization ( Circular should clarify it). We hope to have answered your question! at pleasure. Jerome.

Mike05290 Hello! Thank you for your comment. Listen, I'm more accurate
EXIF
this picture, but when I work in day-long exposure, I use a polarizing filter and a filter ND8 in general (neutral gray) to reduce a maximum brightness to to achieve exposures of the order of 8 to 12 seconds. In addition of course the
ISO
s to a minimum (50
ISO
s on my
5D
MII) and diaph closed about 18. This photograph is quite "old" =) If you want words, go take a walk on my website to discover just what I do! A +!

Ben precisely the effect of cotton (long exposure) gives a plus to the photo but it is too dark.

Thank you for your comments. My goal was clearly to put a temp installation it aussez long, this is the expected effect then for me I would have had to reduce it a little bit I admit but not that much... anyway, this is personal but I very much appreciate the opinion of others !!!
A+.

In the genre of postcard with the same qualities of rendering and colors, it is very well managed. A bit dull maybe...

Thank you, I am not disappointed, this waterfall is very beautiful
. The fall of the water is not natural but the whole is pleasant.

I also found this photo of waterfall very beautiful with the green of the vegetation and the foreground one would expect to see more tumultuous. All of this makes it very well in the bottom of the screen : bravo and thank you.

The only place where we can say 'burnt' it would be at the bottom of the waterfall. However, the blur cast, for the motion of the water, has been exposed too long. It became a cloud of cotton. The good exposure time for this kind of photos are from the 8th second to the 30th.(if the cascade is fast) The picture is successful when it is still for paths of the current.
