I know the recipe of Géna that we practice in the Poitou. I find that it distorts the taste of the oysters. For me, it is plain or with butter and a little lemon. I'm a big fan of oysters, so you think that your photo speaks to me ! If I manage I will come to the caFEItéria with a plate of oysters.

Being a native of Pessac, not far from the basin of Arcachon, I enjoyed the oysters since my youngest age and I agree with you : it is entirely nature that I prefer : when we can appreciate their freshness and taste of iodine and salt mixed together. Those freshly picked were a pure delight !!!

Often, I déguste these shells with a vinegar which I added shallots finely cut. A touch of salt end and pepper. Trying to, it is delicious.

Documents are the currency made of a 20� note (10 little, 50 it's too). Therefore, the$ 2� and wine. Very good works so, what justifies dishes plastic.

WINS! This tasting was held in an ostreiculteur of Morbihan next its trays: it was therefore, could not be more simple, but the table was in the Gulf and the oysters were high! Price I don't know, especially since there was also the base of my husband, but this was not expensive at all! : 4:

I do not like most restaurants guindes and I would have done the same thing, but your picture in trampled. You could have at least hide the fork and the knife that point right and cover up partially behind a glass piece of bread.
In more if your response to my criticism was included in the presentation, which is always possible, it would have desamorce the velleites of criticism. As the
