These are pretty flowers of wallflower (Erysimum bowles mauve). This is one of the perennials with the longest bloom. It forms a rounded bush, persistent, narrow leaves, grey-green, and produces spikes of dense, small flowers with four petals, purple, throughout the year, but especially in the spring and summer. Excellent topic for massive, which requires the shelter of a wall in a cold climate.
