It is very beautiful this plant. It is a Spathiphylum of the family of Araceae, also called the ' Flower moon '. Its leaves are oblong, ovate and pointed, are brilliant green in the face and dull green on dorsal side. A sheet particular initially white and then a greenish encloses a spathe composed of countless flowers. Native to south America, it takes sunshine a correct and constant temperature (never below 16 ° c) to flower throughout the year. Beautiful photo : bravo and thank you.

Hi Daniel, hi kod, I'll tell you me how it is called this beautiful plant : it is a Spathiphyllum, or more commonly the Lilies of peace ! Family Araceae and native to Colombia and Venezuela... called the spathe or bract of the species of the white sheet and in fact the flower are tiny and they are on the spike at the center... It is a plant that tolerates low light.
