This is the mud eunomia and not the pontederie as Manu (with this plant in it basin). : 3: for this nice massif and merci a toi.

It is indeed the eunomia (Polygonum bistorta) mud. It is a perennial plant that is found in wet meadows. It provides us with pink flowers in unique epi ending stem as shown well in this photo. For info, it is an edible plant. The renflee root has the consistency of the turnip. The leaves may be used in soup: 18:
