It's too hot and I went a little too fast to identify it. In fact it's the Citronier spinal or orange trifolie. Simply see this wonderful picture the shape of its leaves (trifolie). The fruits have the appearance of orange, but are not edible, however they are very fragrant. Correction made, sorry Ninik: 1:

It's the combava (in English kaffir lime), a citrus of an Indonesian island East of Bali. It is native to the Islands. The tree is called Citrus hystrix. It belongs to the family Rutaceae. It has thorns on the branches as well shown in the photo. This fruit is smaller and more acidic than lemon. Beautiful capture: 1:
