I think it is the plant called Picride Hawk (Picris hieracioide or English Hawkweed Oxtongue). It is often designated as a weed . It grows in meadows, the edge of the paths or vacant lots. The stem is hairy. Hairs are stiff, and completed by small hooks which make the very legible stem. Joli cliche on the black background. : 1: Beautiful presentation: 6:

I do not think it is dandelion flowers, stems are not made as a ca, but I do not know the name of this plant.
