A very beautiful image in pastel tones, it looks like a watercolor and it is pretty.

Bravo, I love it, a nice sky pastel surrounded by ice.

To bounce on the comment of Roland, this is probably the strong overexposure makes the charm of this picture, which since its publication has caught my attention. Maybe not very academic, but I like to well, you dared, it is good

Comments it is also to point out the technical shortcomings, the subject is certainly uninteresting, but for me, there is a big problem with overexposure on this photo, it would have taken close to 3 or 4 diaphs (at least) to be wary of the expo automatic in against the day with a landscape of snow or ice.

Hello and thank you for your comment Roland.
There is no surexpo on this photo, and the effect has been desired. This is a hdr of three RAW files (manual bracketing aperture priority) treaty mode pictorial and tweaked with LightRoom for the colors. A normal treatment gives the effect of a rising sun classic as one can see a lot !

Provence in the snow, it's very common. Bravo and thank you for this nice show Gerald.

Hi Nadia, and thank you very much. No snow, but a good 10 cm of ice on the water. Careful, I did not dare to venture farther than 2 m from the edge
