I think that it is the fruit of the tamier commun (tamus communis). This plant grows in hedges and woods. Its leaf (bottom right) is reminiscent of a heart-to-elongated tip. The fruits are red berries that persist for a long time on the stem that has faded, visible in the photo. Nice shot
