I had never seen, amazing! It's nice to discover that the species is not known.

Strange, weird, not very beautiful but still a good portrait of this animal that I do not know.

Fortunately, it is specified that it is the spatula dew. View profile, the spatula, it is not hard to see ! Bird is very sharp and very special !

A portrait tight for this 'pretty' spatula. A whole view would be interesting.

It is the spatula dew(platalea ajaja). Its pink colour, its beak is more clear and more importantly, the beautiful red eye distinguishes it. It is a bird gregarious, flying and feeding in small groups. It feeds on small fish, invertebrates and aquatic insects. He seems to be familiar with the visitors. Beautiful shot !

This bizarre wader is a bird 'Spatula' and more specifically the 'roseate Spoonbill' (Ajaia ajaia) with its beak, flattened and expanded at the end. Bravo for the sharpness and the presentation. (See also the photo report : thank you Leclair-dark)
