I come on holiday to Soulac-all the summers, I love the Beach, Amélie, this home can not go unnoticed and I learned : it is not abandoned, the merchants of the Amelie told me that it belongs to a person of the mayor of Soulac.

Thank you very much for your kindness. This House has had its time of splendor, but I do not know what it will become. I will return to see from time to time. : 4:: 5:

Thank you for your interest and the intelligence : it is a pity that this person does not maintain it no more as it has assets.

It is really a shame to abandon a house like that.
I imagine it already repainted the bright colours with a charming little patio.

Agree with you, especially as the beach is at 100 meters !!!

These pavilions, which were probably a holiday home, a bit 'patriarchal'... , where certainly many generations have shared the premises... what memories they would have to tell us.

It is quite right and now the heirs can't spend their holidays in these houses of family but on a remote island or a safari in Kenya !!! And the houses are waiting!!!!

What a shame, especially when we know that so many people have no house, no more roof to the house !

And yes, but that's as long as a house still belongs to someone, even if the owner lets it deteriorate, you can't touch it !!!
> Géna >Reply Mar 14, 2012
It is really pity to lose this kind of then remains that there are so many homeless

Cuckoo Géna : you're right, this is the paradox : on the one side of the houses that are falling apart slowly, and the other people who are sleeping outside !!!

The footprint of the time that you have very well managed to create value. If it is sold 769€ why don't buy you not ?

It is abandoned and if not, just why, it is beautiful this house. Pretty close and your photo.

There are lots of abandoned houses like this for several reasons : the owners died without heirs, the heirs disagreed on what to do about the house, owners which not simply come more into their holiday homes... That I was moved so much she is still beautiful despite the ravages of time.
