Vertical and diagonal on the bottom of a grey winter, you make fire of any wood with talent and poetry. Compliment that I put in factor to most of your other images. Everything is in the eye, the subject is everywhere, I am even more convinced.

Still a beautiful image in b&B, as always it is superb and these lamps are pretty.

The monochrome attenuates disparities-leaving only the verticality of the elements...
Well seen...

I can share everything that has already been said but I'd like to know for what reason you have private these lamps (especially the 2 or 3 first) of their foot ?
I would also gladly the economy of the two most malingres that alter some of your superb construction around the diagonal.

The rams have horns, the pillars lose their footing... I was on a sort of parking, Yvon, on the ground it was ugly, so I have tried to raise me... As for the malingres you are talking about with disdain, rofl, I thought, on the contrary, they added to the interest of my composition, as I placed the insert, I thought a lot... let's Say that they were there, I tried to do it with, but now that you say, by removing them, the whole would have been more refined, I'm going to attempt touch-ups, as they are not too difficult to buffer. Thank you for this interesting remark.

A N&B perfectly suited to highlight this nice perspective of street lamps, drawing a nice diagonal. Bravo Anne.

Damn, I forgot to click sent... No need to see the author you can guess who took this beautiful shot of campus, buildings, fixtures and branches. The black and white treatment gives a nice rendering at all.

> Perronnet Catherine [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Feb 25, 2012

> Dede69004 >Reply Feb 25, 2012
Supporter of the B&w, this shot pleases me with beautiful outlook and a good framing.

> Lou feignassou [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Feb 25, 2012
Nice rendering in black and white thanks to a sky that had the consistency, we could call it : pile-up styles with this opposition of the lampposts in the style of the first street lights electric in Paris (or gas) and the towers ; these street lights have me intrigued, I went on the quay of Grenelle i did not so long ago and I had not noticed, after the investigation you had to be at the port de Grenelle with the way to the RER train station on your left.

> Spiros [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Feb 25, 2012
Managed point-of-view in black and white. You manage to make it almost beautiful these turns hostile. I have tried several times but I've never been able to make photos presentable.

> Gg54 [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Feb 25, 2012
Well seen and excellent framing, well done Anne !
To quibble a bit, I would have pulled more the perspective in the top left of the image.

> Jcmai [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Feb 25, 2012
At attention like soldiers, these lamps give a beautiful diagonal ! The photo is shared between the constructs and the nature.
