This plant is DATURA METEL. It is located on embankments or earth has been disturbed. Attention it is very toxic.

Bravo and thank you Bibiche having identified the aril of 'Datura' (Datura metel), an herb to smell rather unpleasant and fruits in the form of capsules pendulous covered with formidable prickles. Again, congratulations and thank you to the author of the photo also.

Your photo is clear but as you can not see the leaves and the image is not possible to evaluate the size of the fruit, it is risky to throw me.. However if the fruit has the size of a walnut, and it contains brown seeds, it must be the fruit of datura (of which there is a photo in this gallery); it remains however to be verified.
